SHIPPING 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: We ship with Australia Post.

  • Express: 1-2 days
  • Standard: 3-5 days

INTERNATIONAL HEEL ORDERS: We ship with DHL Express.

  • 4-5 Day Delivery for most Countries. Up to 10 Business Days.

HANDLING: Although 99% of the time we dispatch all orders made before 10 am each day (Brisbane, Australia time!), sometimes we aren't able to, which is why we don't advertise our fast handling time!

TRACKING: Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. If you think your parcel may be late, please check it against Australia Post's shipping times on their website. If the time has exceeded the guides and the shipping address you entered is correct, contact us at info@polesins.com.au with your Name and Order Number, and we will assist you.

PLEASE NOTE FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA: You may have to pay import tax to clear your purchase through customs depending on your country's laws. This fee is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY: Sale items are final sale. For non sale items our returns policy lasts 30 days from when you have received the goods. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. For international returns, please ensure you write "returned goods" and mark as zero value on the customs declaration form.

MAKING A RETURN: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Email info@polesins.com.au with your order number, name, items you are returning, and reason for return.

FAULTY ITEMS: If you believe your item to be faulty, please send a picture of the fault with description within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with your order number and name. Genuine product faults will be replaced if stock is available.
